Our cancellation policy is 100% cost for cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment & no shows.
• cancellations within 48 hours will be 50%.
This is of course will be down to artist discretion with the type of tier booked as of course not all cancellations can be helped, but this needs to be avoided at all costs.
When booking an appointment with us you are agreeing the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy. If for any reason payment cannot be taken through booksy, we will ask for payment to be made direct to artist before you are able to re book with us again.
An example of lost income:
2x cancellations a week = minimum £80
£80 x4 = £320
£320 x 12 = £3840 a year lost income
If you book in a platinum please send over inspo images straight away so we can amend time of appt accordingly.
Please let us know when you have arrived for your appointment but do not try to enter the building yoursell, the doors and lifts are only accessible with a fob
Please remember to include adds ons to your appointment if applicable. Eg long nails / medium nails / embellishments - this is to ensure we have enough time for your appointment
Please message the appropriate nail tech you are booked in with regarding questions etc for your appointment as we are all self employed and don't share accounts :)
If you are more than 15 minutes late this will mean your tier may have to be reduced & you will be charged the same amount due to our time wasted. if you are this late and we haven't heard from you, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged.
Biab or gel that was applied at a different salon that needs removing will cost £I0 in addition to appointment cost
We apologetically cannot allow children in the salon, our insurance doesn't cover them, and apart from that, from our. experience you more than likely won't relax and will probably end up leaving with a lesser tier through not being able to sit for too long
